Despite the health and happiness benefits you are still not running?
Gosh – what can I say? Well, here are some ideas on how to keep your new year’s resolution:
Ask a friend to join you for a walk or jog once a week. It’s so much more fun being healthy together.
Don’t forget to reward yourself when you have reached a milestone or a partial goal. Buy yourself a cute running top or – my favorite – a cute running skirt.
Remember that you don’t have to be perfect! You waddle like a duck? So what…? You need to take a walking break? So what…? You only manage to exercise twice a week instead of the 4 times you wanted to? So what…? You are doing better than anyone else who stays sitting on the coach, so go out for a waddle.
