Today marks the day of the official season start. It is only 12 weeks to the Edinburgh Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon.
Time to get serious! Of course, that would be true if i hadn’t twisted my ankle a little on Saturday’s run. It’s not hurting, but I am going to be cautious for a few days. So, yesterday I did yoga instead of a run. I was very much worried about hurting like crazy today, but I am not! Now I am wondering, did I not work hard enough yesterday during the yoga class?
Today I went to the gym. OMG! I have not been to the gym since February last year and now I remember why… I was just happy that I rediscovered my iPod last week. 🙂 Stayed away from the treadmill, but “ellipted” on the elliptical trainer.
This week also is the official start of my Team in Training training for the San Diego Half Marathon. I am waiting for my motivational emails from my team! 🙂
