I am finally back on track.
My travels, the cold, the race – all this has gotten me off track a little. I am back though. I ran the Yasso 800s today. 4 sets at my want-to-be 5k pace and one set at my actual 10k pace. I want to be able to run 8-10 sets in my 5k speed before the San Diego half marathon.
I have also fallen behind a little on my healthy eating habits. I still need to be reminded every day what is good for me. My focus this week is to get eating back on the healthy side.
There are no immediate races coming up, so plenty of time to focus on training and eating healthy.
