I read this beautiful blog post written by The Wellness Warrior earlier this year about happiness.
Happiness – I believe – is not always easy to maintain. In fact, I think it’s hard work, but well worth it. The Wellness Warrior, Jessica Ainscough, provides us with some steps to help cultivate happiness. I like this as a topic at the end of this year, when so much of my personal work this year was around cultivating happiness and finding out what happiness actually means for me.
