Day 5 of the 100 Day Challenge and I still haven’t run. Oops. 🙂 Here is what I have done over the last 2 days:
Day 5 – 30 minutes of walking to the shops + core workout
I finally returned home to my apartment in London today, so I should be able to get back into a regular workout and running routine. With my upcoming move to California I haven’t signed up for any spring races yet, so I’ll just have to get myself fit right now – beach fit as I like to call it. LOL. I should check out the parkruns now. This is probably a great time for me to join one of them or try out a few locations.
Oops again – I just did the “mistake” of checking out the half marathon schedule in California for 2013. No excuses to not start running right away. There are 4-5 half marathons every weekend. Crazy! Or really a runner’s heaven. I guess that’s settled then. Back on the running trail tomorrow. 🙂
